3 Things To Do

  1. Register in advance and reserve a spot for your first class. Remember to share it to your calendar.

  2. Pack up. You’ll want some workout clothes that you won’t mind getting [very] sweaty, a bath or beach towel, your mat and something to drink. Bring some dry clothes for after class.

  3. Give yourself about 10-15 minutes before class starts to meet your teacher, find your way around and get settled.

There are four different kinds of classes (original hot yoga (26 and 2), inferno hot pilates, Baptiste power flow, and yin) and they are complementary to each other. You can pick and choose what you go to and when. If you go to all four, you will get strength, cardio, stretching, flexibility and moving meditation. There are classes every day from 6 am to 6:30 pm. Stayed tuned all month for info on this delightful yoga.

Let's start with what yin is. Yin uses gentle long-held postures done from a seated position. For our muscles to relax the connective tissue needs to feel safe. In order for this to happen, we put ourselves in a position, propped and supported as needed, where the muscles can feel that it’s safe to let go.

Yin Yoga can help bring balance to our busy Yang-style lives and is a wonderful addition to the classes you already take.
